Collecting data

Jerozolimskie 146B, 02-305 Warszawa, National Court Register Number (KRS) 674695 is the administrator of all personal data collected via this website and processes these data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182) as amended. d. and in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Revealing to third parties
Considering the value of your data, we use all necessary measures to protect them during processing.

Your personal data may also be passed to external service providers processing information for Nevomo, including companies providing IT services, identity management, hosting and website management, data analysis, backup, security and data storage. By providing personal data through this site, the visitor expressly agrees to the transfer of this data in order to implement his voluntary applications.

We have implemented generally accepted technical and organizational security standards to protect personal data and information against loss, misuse, alteration, and destruction.

In particular, we ensure compliance with all applicable confidentiality obligations and technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized and unlawful disclosure and processing of such information and data and their accidental loss, destruction or damage.
