The project assumes the creation of an integrated infrastructure and rolling stock monitoring system for conventional railways and an IT system to optimize the predictive maintenance of infrastructure and rolling stock. A uniform system will be designed featuring: measuring devices equipped with specialized sensors, a data acquisition and transmission module, software analyzing data based on predictive models involving deep convolutional neural networks and an application presenting the results of measurements, predictions and information on the occurrence of alarm states to the end user. The product is aimed at railway infrastructure managers, rolling stock operators and maintenance entities (ECM).
