The prize in the competition was awarded in four categories: innovation, entrepreneurship on the global market, support for Polish science and business, and promotion of the Polish brand. Hyper Poland has been awarded in the category of innovation.

The aim of the competition Elektrolaur Mazowsza is honoring people and companies, as well as honoring the achievements of entrepreneurs in Poland based on innovative ideas and knowledge and using the achievements of modern technology. As a result, projects and their implementation were selected, based on unconventional activities and creating the value of the product, services, and technologies that make up the smart specialization program in the country.

The organizer of the Kazimierz Szpotański Elektrolaur Mazowsze Award is the Warsaw branch of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers.
